EU

As European shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid), you will need to pay any local customs duties and import VAT directly to the courier before delivery. These mandatory EU import charges are not included in your checkout total. From 1 July 2026, these charges apply to all orders entering the EU, including those with a value under £135. The amount varies by country and is set by local customs authorities, kindly contact local authorities for further information.

USA

To comply with recent changes made by the United States Government, regarding duties which must be paid to US Customs and Border Protection (CBP). All items sent to USA will have Duties & Customs charges applied at checkout.

    We aim to dispatch all orders received before 3PM (Mon-Fri) the same day. 

    CARRIERS

    All our items are dispatched from United Kingdom via Royal Mail and may require a signature upon delivery.

    ORDER TRACKING

    We will keep you updated on the progress of your order via email. Once your order has left our warehouse we’ll send a dispatch confirmation email with details of your order including tracking reference numbers.
    Delivery delays can occasionally occur, weekends and all public holidays are not classed as business days.
