- Items must be returned within 30 days of the date shown on your order receipt.
- Items must be in original condition (i.e. unworn & unwashed)
- Items must have all tags / labels attached.
When trying on items of clothing please do not remove the tags / labels. Please ensure that you are not wearing a perfume or a deodorant that may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.

We kindly request that you send the item back to us in the original packaging, with all original tags / labels attached, with a copy of your order receipt. All items must be returned in the same condition you received them.
We recommend posting your item using a signed for service and obtaining proof of postage. Ensure you keep your proof of postage receipt safe as the parcel is your responsibility until it has been delivered to us.
If you are returning an item from outside the EU please make sure you mark your parcel as 'Returned Goods' to avoid customs charges.
We're sorry, but we are unable to offer free returns for customers, returns must be made at your own cost.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT ITEM?
We do try our very best to ensure all our customers receive what they ordered. If, however we've made a mistake and sent an incorrect item please email email@example.com advising us of your order number and details of the incorrect item received.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY ITEM?
Prior to dispatch each item is thoroughly checked to ensure it's free from any defects, so we're almost certain that you will be happy with the quality of your item. If you are for any reason not 100% satisfied or there is a fault please email firstname.lastname@example.org advising us of your order number along with the name of the item affected and the details of the problem (if you can please send us a picture of the fault) so that we can investigate this for you.
CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and kindly place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please refer to "HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM(S)?" for further information on returns.
